About the Chef
Established in 2013, pastry chef Lyle S. Houston has been creating sweet and savory deliciousness in his bakeshop for his Albany audience.
Lyle is an alum of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and most excited to be opening his first retail storefront in downtown Albany.
His mission is simple, “Fresh baked goods using local and seasonal ingredients”. This was ingrained into him while studying at The CIA.
